Description

Since 1988 the BBK Performance brand has been synonymous with bolt on performance for modern muscle cars and trucks since its beginning in 1988. In fact it was our founders Brian & Ken Murphy that designed and developed the first aftermarket air intake systems & performance throttle bodies for the then newly fuel injected 5.0L Mustang and TPI Camaro models. Back then nobody even knew what an air intake or throttle body was because people were just learning about these modern day fuel injected pony cars Detroit began producing. Fast forward to today and many enthusiasts have only grown up on computer controlled fuel injection with a vocabulary full of upgrade items such as throttle body, air intake & mass air meter and have never driven a carbureted equipped vehicle. It?s this early experience and years of research & development, along with millions of dedicated enthusiasts that have allowed the BBK brand to grow into the largest source of modern day performance products for today?s cars & trucks. Starting from a 1200 ft building in Southern California, our BBK facilities have grown as fast as our product lines with nearly 200,000ft of state of the art design, manufacturing & distribution facilities located in California & Florida. Our R&D centers feature a total of three dyno cells and a team of highly skilled craftsman that also happen to be enthusiasts who really enjoy bringing the best performance products to market. Our manufacturing campus includes a top notch CNC machine division along with a state of the art exhaust division using a combination of skilled hand craftsmanship with a blend of CNC bending & robotic welding for maximum quality in every BBK product. Our moto is ?American Designed & Built? and it?s something the entire BBK team is proud of and will never change. Shipping + Returns

All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL (unless otherwise specified). Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process and ship your in-stock order; orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. If you have a time sensitive shipment please email us to ensure there are no delays. Please be aware, items and shipping may be subject to delays without notification. All products are shipped out from one of the authorized Peter's Car Parts shipping locations. Peter's Car Parts drop-ships most orders, while some orders ship directly from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Peter's Car Parts within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied a damage claim and a refund. If you received a shipment that is damaged (visibly or once you open the box), please do the following: IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US Keep the product with its original packaging and box Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) Peter's Car Parts will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Peter's Car Parts. Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you. An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns. Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable. Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned. For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days and subject to 15% restocking fee. Special Order Items Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. International Shipping All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Peter's Car Parts or our affiliates are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through Peter's Car Parts or our affiliates may result in additional charges. PETER'S CAR PARTS DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement. In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Peter's Car Parts, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
