Our engineers started on the BMW by adding exactly what our air suspensions are famous for -- providing you with the maximum drop without sacrificing performance. With the ability to air out 4.84in from stock in the front, it will be impossible to go unnoticed. But that superior drop was not enough for Air Lift Performance. Our kits are also about achieving the versatility that the common coilover cannot achieve -- eliminating classic lowered-car problems with the touch of a button. We pride ourselves on making sure that every kit we build not only rides great but handles the curves like a fine sports sedan should. In front, the BMW E8X/E9X kit features our compact, double-bellow air springs over monotube, threaded-body struts, which provide a comfortable ride and great body support during cornering or braking. With 30 levels of damping adjustability, the struts allow for a huge range of customization, with the ability to go from super soft to racecar stiff. The struts are then topped off with adjustable camber plates that use high quality spherical bearings for precise steering feel and superior damper actuation. These plates allow for you to dial in up to three degrees of negative camber for that perfect wheel fitment or optimized handling. Now featuring our NEW pass-through lower mount damper design, the damper can be threaded completely through the supplied upper mount, providing increased suspension travel and further drop capabilities. By reducing the damper body, ALP engineers were able to design a longer damper, which improves the total stroke, all without sacrificing your drop height. All products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL (unless otherwise specified). Please allow up to 7-10 business days to process and ship your in-stock order; orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. If you have a time sensitive shipment please email us to ensure there are no delays. Please be aware, items and shipping may be subject to delays without notification. All products are shipped out from one of the authorized Peter's Car Parts shipping locations. Peter's Car Parts drop-ships most orders, while some orders ship directly from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Peter's Car Parts within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied a damage claim and a refund. If you received a shipment that is damaged (visibly or once you open the box), please do the following: IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US Keep the product with its original packaging and box Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) Peter's Car Parts will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Peter's Car Parts. Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you. An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns. Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable. Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned. For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days and subject to 15% restocking fee. Special Order Items Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. International Shipping All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Peter's Car Parts or our affiliates are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through Peter's Car Parts or our affiliates may result in additional charges. PETER'S CAR PARTS DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement. In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Peter's Car Parts, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
